  • Determining eligibility for credit or housing (FCRA restrictions apply)

While we strive for accuracy, our data is aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any profile. Decisions should not be made solely based on Openprofile data without independent verification.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we detect suspicious activity, including but not limited to scraping, sharing credentials, or violating these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Openprofile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our service.
